Deciding what to have for lunch at work is a constant struggle. I really try to think of healthy meals for lunch at work, but often get discouraged and end up eating out instead of bringing my own lunch.
What are your ideas for healthy lunches at work?

Salad! You can never go
wrong with salad, and there are so many ways to change it up so you don’t get
bored. You can add in different veggies, fruits, cheeses and meats. Even change
up the dressing, but be careful to read the nutritional information on your
salad dressing!

A pita or wrap, with
lean meat such as turkey or chicken

Sandwich – choose lean
fish or meat and be careful about the dressings and sauces!

Soup – many different
varieties and can be eaten with pita, crackers or bread
5-
Rice and beans –
add in some meat, or spices to suit your
tastes
