Tips for Relieving Stress at Work


Do you find yourself over stressed at work and constantly looking for ways to handle it? 

Here are the top 10 tips for relieving stress at work that I have used and have worked for me. I find when people are stressed from receiving a busy project with limited amount of time, because of employees etc.; they need time to themselves or talk it through with others.

1.   Go take a walk on break
2.    Go for a drive on break
3.     Meditate
4.     Look at pictures or videos of loved ones
     on your phone/computer
5.     Write in a journal
6.      Listen to music
7.      Call up your family and friends
8.      Stop what you doing, close your eyes 
      and take 10 deep breaths
9.       Drink hot tea
10.    Think of exciting activities that will be
       coming up soon (vacations, visiting 
       family)
