Desk Exercises


It is very hard to find time to complete in office workouts, but there are ways you fit in a full workout by just simply staying at your desk. You have to make sure you are not over doing yourself, rather spread the exercises out and create a daily plan for yourself.   

This 5-minute video provides exercises you can simply do from your work desk such as, office ab workouts, as well as working your arms, legs and more. These exercises can be done without you bringing in any weights, just simply small exercises while sitting on a normal chair or an exercise ball. The exercise ball can be used as a chair only if it is used twice a day for 30 minutes, and remain good posture will doing so or it can result in back pains. Remember to look closely at how the exercises are done, this way the end doesn’t result in any back pains.
