Staying active and fit can be
a full time job, but most of us don’t have enough time to devote to exercising
as we would like. For people with busy
schedules, here are some tips to help you work on your abs while you work!
In office workouts are great, but you
don’t always want everyone to know what you’re doing! The great thing about office ab workouts is that they’re often really subtle. All
it takes is simply tensing up your core.
Tip 1- Sitting on your office chair, place your arms
on the arm rests, elbows behind you, and bring your knees towards your stomach.
Hold for 10 seconds
Tip 2- Sitting on your office chair, lift both legs
up, until they are straight if possible and tighten your core. Hold for 10
seconds.

tons of tips and tricks that can help you work out at work! There’s lots of
