easier because of the smartphone application on the iPhone and Android, that

not doing any form of exercise to burn off calories.

more time in the morning, and grab your lunch on the way out that will be
healthy and prepared beforehand. With preplanning your lunches you are, saving
money, eating healthier and refraining from the temptation to eat out and grab
something convenient instead.
